Refunds
Due to the nature of being digitally delivered products, all sales are final and refund will not be given unless the item is not delivered, or what was delivered is not working or as described. If there are any problems with the products, we will be happy to provide you with an assistant.
Our Sellers are expected to work with Buyers to resolve issues quickly, but sometimes when an agreement cannot be reached, VaultRealm will step in to help.
Once the Seller check the order complete if no claim, issues and/or complaints is raised or made by the relevant Buyer to VaultRealm within 48 hours of the delivery refunds will not be given.

How to Withdraw
Congratulations! You have made your first sale! All you need to do now is to go to your Store Dashboard -> Withdraw page and click request withdraw:
Do note that withdrawals are not immediate and are paid out manually every Thursday GMT+2 and may take the entire day.
